Family Home by the Léman Lake

The recently renovated house is located in the small village of Amphion-les-Bains in Publier, 5mn away by car to the beautiful spa town, Evian, 45mn away from Geneva and across Lausanne and Montreux, Switzerland. The area is known for its stunning Geneva/Léman Lake (the biggest in Europe), famous mineral springs and amazing short trips to the French Alps Mountains. The lake is 60 meter away from the property. In the summer, just cross the main road and swim, hike, go sailing or cycling across small villages nearby. In the winter, you can easily access the closest mountains like Bernex, Thollon-les-memises, Châtel, Morzine and ski within 20mn to 50mn drive (don’t forget to have snow tires/chains) or just take the ski lift high up the mountains to admire the stunning view of the lake or just breathe the pure mountain air over lunch. Many festivals occur all year long around the lake or in the ski resorts.  

The house is fully equipped with all amenities. It features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with shower, a living room with TV (basic channels), a kitchen and an enclosed patio/terrace. It includes laundry room/dryer, oven, electric stove, coffee machine, kettle, hair dryer.. 

Famous Evian resort golf club equipped with an 18-hole course, beach, tennis, spa treatment, swimming, stand up paddle, pedalo boats, sailing, hiking, hang gliding, parcours adventure parks, bike, ski, snowboard, rock climbing, parasailing, rafting, camping. The area is very touristic and each town invests in the well-being of our visitors. For a small hike behind the house, take “Les Boucles du Coteau” and cross the Parc Maxima and its beautiful water streams, go visit the «Natural Reserve of Delta de la Dranse” and the aquatic space at «La Cité d’Eau», as well as the bottling plant of Evian water in Amphion. Many free and paying activities are available by foot; ask for a map at the office of tourism located at 250 meter.

Don’t miss the famous fireworks in Annecy, Geneva and all around the Geneva Lake during summer! Many Unesco labelled sites in this area, visit geopark chablais agenda.

Secured Parking onsite. Towels and sheets included. Small pets are allowed on request. A supplement of €50 extra may apply if extra cleaning occurs.

We offer free internet and free secured parking for up to 4 cars in completely enclosed property. Towels and bed linens included as well as charcoal BBQ. American coffee maker for 8, plus coffee pod machine Senseo and Kettle (some samples to start). Small Boucles du coteau hike starts from our house.
